A Contract Lift (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the platform at acontractlift.base44.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our crane hire management platform.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you register, subscribe, or use the platform, including your name, email address, company details, and payment information processed through Stripe. We also store the operational data you enter — cranes, lifting equipment, operators, customers, hires, timesheets, and daily checks — so the platform can deliver its features.

How we use your information

• To provide and maintain the fleet management and billing features of the platform.
• To send timesheet and certificate emails on your behalf to your customers.
• To process subscription payments and manage your account.
• To notify you of upcoming service, inspection, and licence expiries.
• To provide support and improve the platform over time.

Data isolation

Each company account is tenant-isolated. Your operational data is kept separate from other companies and is only visible to the users you authorise within your account. Agency accounts that manage multiple companies can access each client company’s data only when explicitly switched into that company context.

Payment processing

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers; Stripe handles payment authorisation and storage in accordance with its own compliance standards.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may close your account at any time from the Account Profile page, which permanently deletes all of your company data and cancels your subscription.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or export your personal data, or request its deletion, by contacting us. Where we act as a data processor on behalf of your company, your company’s admin controls access to the operational data within the platform.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission, role-based access control, and tenant isolation. However, no method of internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
